Well-maintained and comfortable hotel with welcoming staff in all areas, truly enjoyed our staying.

The room was both incredible and extremely spacious with a view, we really enjoyed it. The location was incredible and marvellous, very close to anywhere in Beirut and the Lancaster and many restraunts and shops.

By and large, it was excellent place for sightseeing in Beirut, had much fun and met accommodating and pleasant staff in all areas. We liked spending 4 nights here.

Grand deluxe king room was with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe. The breakfast was more than adequate, they make variety of meals.

Thoroughly enjoyed how my deluxe room was set up. A handy kitchenette was useful, I used a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a refrigerator. The location of the hotel was favourable, near the beach. The breakfast was more than adequate, the check in was easy...

We had an amazing stay at this place. The location was fantastic, just a block away from the beachfront. The staff were exceptional and provided quality service, offering room service and car hire, as well as dry cleaning and laundry facilities. The shuttle service to and from the airport was very convenient. The terrace had an immaculate view, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the city. The room amenities were top-notch, including the in-room safe, air conditioning, and flat-screen TV.

Highly recommended to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Excellent hotel ..brand new..it would be better to add a room service and if housekeeping pay more attention to details E.G. Adding towels and showe gel..

The ac in room 204 was dropping water which was making noise ...the technician who came for inspection said that's how the ac operates and he noted the issue..

Fairly clean place and very, very nice staff, enjoyed marvellous and unbeatable location. I got a spacious and very specious room with fantastic view, bedroom and bath.

Lancaster Suites Raouche Beirut is a well-managed hotel with a great location near the famous Al-Raouche rocks. It is conveniently located close to Bay Rock Rest and other shops, food outlets, and a pharmacy. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a balcony offering beautiful sea views. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is excellent. The hotel also provides free and fast WIFI, and there is a playground for children nearby.

There was a minor issue with the bed and pillows being too soft for some guests.

the loaction is good - near the corniche and near restaurants and cafes

they can atleast provide tea bags and coffee packets, kettle is provided but not useful without tea or coffee. theres no room service. Restaurant is not that great. hardly any english channels on TV.

This hotel in Raouche neighborhood is a real gem! I was blown away by the stunning sea view from my room. The staff were amazing, making check-in a breeze and going above and beyond to fulfill all my requests. The rooms were clean, well-equipped, and oh-so-comfy, especially the ones with sea view. And let's not forget the breakfast, with its good choices and delicious options.

Can't think of a single thing that could be improved. Everything was perfect!
